well I tried to get someone at he AOT to talk to me and put a complaint in to Gosford mental health office. Instead of reaching out they have now decided to place my daughter under section 55 whatever that means. How was she told about this. Email-! she has been doing everything right , everything they asked of her and because she asked for a change in case worker the case worker has made application to take all her rights away. And there is nothing I can do about it

Sorry they escalated things in such an abrupt way.

I well know the feeling of being intimidated by their power.  There are disability advocates who may be able to advise and support you and/or your daughter. Not sure about your area.  This is only one organisation.
