A bit about me

I work in a bank primarily dealing with bankruptcy trustees. The bank is very supportive of my mental and physical health issues.

I live with my parents and sister. Everyone is disabled and deals with mental health issues, though I am the most active in getting treatment etc.

I suffer from Bipolar 2 with psychotic features (a bit of an odd diagnosis). I have anxiety issues and depression. I also have Shueuermans disease, osteoarthritis,Sacroiliac joint dysfunction, 3 ruptured discs, facet joint disease, bladder cancer and essential tremours.

I spend a fair bit of time with doctors and specialist, annoyingly my GP is leaving so I am in the process of changing GP. I have started with a new Psychologist recently and Im trying to find a psychiatrist, very  hard where I live.

Im on something like 17 medications, I just had a medication review and they have added and removed some medications so Im going through this. Other than medication I have a routine that I stick to which helps maintain my mental health. I go on regular short walks through out the day and I keep my space tidy.

Dealing with my mental and physical health along with work takes up most of my time. But I catch up with a friend I have had since I was 10 occasionally. Outside that I dont really go out, Im very much an introvert.

Hello @ClockFace  and welcome to the forums. There are lots of friendly folk here who are willing to share their lived experience.

Hopefully you are able to find a good GP and pdoc but I know they can be hard to locate.

Take care

@ClockFace

Variances in the magnetic pole and frequencies are electricity which go against our head.

They are inherently against and as we shape these we form the subconscious out of them.

The sub [as opposed to dom]

The con [as opposed to pro]

The 'suss' [as opposed to sense]

They are the constant obstacles which you mine. [Mind]

They are the vague shadow upon things.

It's good to thread them and set them aside.

You will notice it more.

But you will also part the shadow.

Btw: the THC numbs the head, it will give you reprieve from the subconsuss.

But it will make you weaker at threading them.

Thus the 'downs' and the reliance.

Re: A bit about me

Welcome to the forums. @ClockFace Having so many added physical conditions would add to a lot of stress. Sounds like you have a lot sorted out though, and doing a good job of juggling it all.
