Hi @Former-Member I'm very sore & achy, my neck has been very sore for days (bad today) - Ouch, getting me down.

Well I missed out on the Call Centre contract job - Apparently a good thing, as my body would not have coped with those working hours.

Still left me feeling bad - because that was my only job offer in a very long time (most of a year).

I don't know about the Youth Outreach (Street Work) Night Shift Job yet - I have not heard back, since my Interview.

What totally Floored me wat this -

My Covid (Astra-Zenica) Vaccination was cancelled on Thursday – Less than 24 hours before I was Booked/ Scheduled to get it (Friday/ yesterday).

It had taken several months to get to that, to get it booked (organised).

The Medical Centre’s reason (given) was simply that the Government has suddenly changed the regulations – Astra-Zenica was the Only Vaccine that I was allowed, since I’m over 50 y.o.

Now they tell me that Only people over 60 y.o are allowed that Astra-Zenica Vaccine.

My Medical Centre only does Astra-Zenica Vaccination - No others.

So I got cancelled, & am left with nothing.

When most people at my MH Social Lunch function have already had their Covid Vaccination – months ago, they told me.

That's not just Bad Luck - That's totally Jinxed.

Could not believe such an Unbelievable thing (Twist of Fate) could happen.

There is No Backup Plan, as there should not have needed to be one - The Medical Centre gave me No Advice, No Alternatives, No Suggestions (when they cancelled).

Not Happy Jan....

Goodness @Adge, that is a stroke of bad luck re vaccine. I think the powers that be decided the clotting side-affect is high risk for 50s age bracket as well as younger. So, 🤔 if there's a positive side of all this stuff around, then maybe you dodged a bullet there. Ring around a book in for Pfizer one in 2 or 3 outlets... Just have to start over. Living alone reduces our risk a lot and if ppl you associate with are mostly vaccinated, then their infectious transmition load would be low.
Hope you're getting by $ without work, lots going on for you... so much uncertainty... hang in there buddy. 🐦🕊️

yes the specialist explains that it is the toxics from my kidney disease that is the problem , the only way to fix this is dialysis

but to have diabetes and arthritis on top of this does not help

Thanks @Former-Member I've had to get Food Hampers & Food $ Vouchers from Charities, in the past few weeks.

A lot of Red Tape & "Qualifying Forms" to fill out, just to get that.

It helped in the short-term.

When my weekly Expenses are about $600 & Jobseeker Pays only $300 per week - Obviously I've gone into Debt (backwards) by $1000's.

I cannot drive to a City Clinic 30km away to get a Vaccination Booking.

My Local Medical Centre is the only viable option for me.

So until either my Local Medical Centre starts doing Pfitzer Vaccination (which they do not do at present), or Local Pharmacies are allowed to do Covid Vaccinations - I will not be getting any Covid Vaccination.

Chemist/ Pharmacy told me that they may be allowed to do those Covid Vaccinations - In about 6 months time (December 2021).

The Online Vaccine Booking system is Stuffed, does not work.

I had to Book over the Telephone.
