Love the pics @outlander .. thanks for sharing.  Sorry to hear that you have thrown your hip out of alignment on Thursday.  Do heat or cold packs help with that I wonder?

No unfortunately they dont @Emelia8 i have to go back to the chiro yet again.
I dont have anything in a hotel though. Pain relief doesnt really help either. The only way to fix it is to get it put back into place. 😥 earliest is next thursday so now have to out off more horse work as well so im about to fall behind.
Sorry i really shouldnt compalin. Im suppoze to be on holidays

Unfortunately drs cant do anything, i have to go to a chiro to try and get the bones back into place properly
