Re: not coping

How are you going @outlander ? Have things improved somewhat?

Re: not coping

no @tyme just laying low. trying to work more but knowing i really cant but i need support and the only way to get it is to pay for it. 3 of my hours is one hour of support

Re: not coping

I'm sorry to hear this. I don't even know who you can turn to @outlander . What about NDIS advocates or something like that?

Do you think your physica/mental l health will improve if you kind a job that you enjoy?

I know you mentioned that you don't get the enjoyment out of your work anymore.

Re: not coping

i spoke to ndis advocates they dont have time for my case right now and they looked over it and agreed that although i do need ndis the reports i have arent wat ndis is looking for. like information wise i need to get more straight to the point. i have another service looking over my documents and trying to gather information from past specialists but it takes time so ndis is unlikley for at least another 6 month maybe longer.

honestly at this point i dont even care about work. i dont want to change jobs and i dont want to fight for the things i can no longer do. i am to tired and i just want to stay in bed but my hallucinations also dont allow me to do that.
ive also missed 2 sessions of a support and education group but i only have 2 sessions left so i probably wont even go back now unless i can afford supports to come with me.
i see my gp on monday and new psychiatrist on tuesday

Re: not coping

Gee @outlander I am really sorry to hear that about your NDIS application. That's sooo unfair!!! 😭💞

Re: not coping

I agree @Emelia8 ,

It sounds so unfair @outlander .

I think NDIS want the reports to be specifically for NDIS. I've read reports where they even state how many hours per week they need for each service.

Re: not coping

i have all the reports @Emelia8 @tyme its the wording in some of the reports. one word can make a big difference apparently. like using the word 'reccomend' implies there is still more i can do.
