@ArraDreaming I'm pretty sure she's okay, just taking a break. She's been on break before, and I know she'd no doubt be thinking about you and hoping you're OK.

@ArraDreaming hey mate, hope you're doing better than when we last chatted.

I know this is a pretty defunct thread now but I couldn't find another one regarding not coping.
Everything is piling on top of me. Medical bills, $600 for new tyres, $300 for dental bill and all on Centrelink payments. Bank sending me harshly worded letters about my mortgage being overdue. Shire sending same for rates.
All I do is cry all day. Permanent headache. New mood stabilisers no longer making me sleep 10 hours a day but then I think 10 hours of feeling nothing was actually better even if I felt guilty for not doing anything but sleep.
I don't want suggestions of "make an appointment with a psychologist" because I already have and it did nothing for me.
Tired of people giving me suggestions - meditate, pray, read, go for a walk, whatever.
When does it get better. If it doesn't how long can a person last before they give in to the pain in their heads and determine life extinct?
Not expecting a reply, just wanted to vent.
I know @Birdofparadise8 is not coming back but it was nice when she was around to chat with.
