I’m ok thanks - got back late from an appointment because I had some tense moments with angina… it’s an ongoing tête-à-tête I have with my frikkin stoopid faulty blood pump, unfortunately. 
Hospital wanted to admit to critical care, however I said I’ll walk it off and I came home. Argh, it’s just a pain…in the chest.

..was actually supposed to be there getting a tear in my shoulder muscles checked out for surgery…

I'm doing a volunteer thing it's a scheme through the Vic government and locala local age care home for older people at risk of loneliness. it went well @Jynx
