Sorry if I have missed earlier posts @Birdofparadise8 but what can't you undo? You say a door. Does that mean the door to his office or waiting room or something like that?

So the building's front door has a coded keypad to unlock it @Snowie 

Then you go past his room, a second one, and there is a waiting area, bathroom staff room, and upstairs, which has more rooms. 

It's embaricing because his room is right at the front door and you can hear people enter the building and enter the pin. It's so embarrassing because I get there early to try and undo the door and I can't. I try a few times and then I give up. I feel so annoyed because then he thinks I'm not there and also goes over with the other session as he didn't know I'm there. So then I feel bad. 

This lock is bigger than Ben-Hur. It's just four numbers and a hash and I can't do it. I don't know why. It's stupid I'm stupid.

Has he actually ever shown you how to use the keypad? Perhaps you might be able to ask him.

No I didn't see the song.

Yes and it works when he is near me but when he goes it doesn't @Snowie 

We spent like 10 min and got locked out one day there is a key at the door I asked if I could use it and he didn't say anything. 

We went out and i did it and it wouldn't open and then when I had the end of my session i did it and he stood near the door and it worked but then the next time I tried on my own it didn't work.
