That's fair enough. I went in for my SI as well.
Are you feeling any better yet @Snowie?
Ah okay. I'm sorry. Depression is really hard.

I feel better then when I came in @Birdofparadise8 I still have some thoughts but none as bad as I was having. They seem manageable now.
It also doesn't help that the hospital I'm in is over an hour away from my house. So if I had to come in 3 days a week it would be too much travelling too. I would also have to rely on someone taking me in and picking me up.
Did you find your hospital stay helped you?

Gosh, were there not any other hospitals near you?
Is this private or public?
Mine was good. My second one was after my attempt. I had so much going on then. I didn't want to be here. I first started with my meds and got put on a mood stabilizer. I still had uni so I could leave for that a walk and to see people, which was my aunt and uncle. I also contemplated ECT, but my pdoc and I decided against it as I had exams.
I had a little scare in Jan with my SI, but with the med increase, they went away. @Snowie

I live rural @Birdofparadise8 so anything is a drive!
The hospital I am in is solely a mental health hospital and is private. It's good in the way that you don't have others judging you. Everyone is in here for mental health issues. It is quite big too. They have 8 units plus an ED unit and a ICU unit. At least I can get leave during the day which is good and they have groups which they run during the day that you can attend too.
I am glad to hear that your med increase has helped you. It has been about a year since I was last in here.

Ah okay @Snowie
Yeah the one I got to is as well.
They have an ED unit and ICU I think they also have an older person one as well.
Yeah, I went in twice last year the first time I had TMS and that didn't help.

hey there @Birdofparadise8 how did the cleaning inspection go?
I had a day of nothing yesterday, didn't feel like doing anything. I read for a while but couldn't really concentrate.
How are you feeling today?

@Birdofparadise8 did you finish the last one or decide to start on a new one because of the bullying?
I'm job hunting at the moment, motivation is very low.
Congrats on passing the inspection, one less thing to worry about.

Yeah, it was a bit much.
Oh, I know rejection after rejection sucks.
