Not me you ought to be apologising to @Birdofparadise8 - perhaps you could try to apologise to yourself? Sometimes it can feel super uncomfortable to be kind to ourselves, but it does make a difference in my experience.

And with calling someone, you don't need to tell them anything about yourself. You can just say, "I'm having a tough time, I'm alone at the moment and feel like I might spiral..." and go from there. Then you can say as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Up to you.

They just said for me to call them when I'm feeling better @tyme 

So hopefully, I can go in on Friday. I'm feeling physically better today compared to yesterday so maybe one more day of rest will help.

Maybe I do need to, but I'm not sure it will do anything. I'm my own worst enemy, which is very annoying. Living in my head 24/7 and belittling myself is just great. 

I guess so. I'll see how I go. I need to go to the chemist and get my meds, and I want some ice cream, so I'll get that and see how I feel once I come back @Jynx

I just went to the chemist to get my meds and I was going to get the whole box with going into hospital but apparently I need a letter from my doctor @Jynx @tyme

To totally retire @Jynx  or to do a couple  of jobs 

At the moment Mr shaz has his hand I plaster for the next 4 weeks and our car is in the mechanic waiting for parts 

I am on DSP and 

I have put through the medical certificate for Mr shaz 

And 2 of our customers is happy to wait until we can come back

Hmm @Shaz51 a tough decision. Have you made a pros and cons list? A cliche I know, but it can really help to have it all laid out on the table.
