Tw Not Coping

Gotta call my dad tomorrow as my parents live interstate. I have seen them in the last few months and going again later in the year and then back again for Christmas. Can't be everywhere unfortunately @Shaz51 ❤️

I've just been speaking to my family about my nan. She isn't very good, and I think she will go to palliative care. I called my dad this morning to wish him a happy Father's Day, and he doesn't think she will make it to Christmas. I just called her, and she didn't sound very well at all. I nearly cried, trying to talk to her. I don't know what I'll do if she dies. When I was in Tassie, we had such a close relationship. I would miss her so much. I'm even tearing up thinking about it.

How is everyone today? 

@tyme I went for a bike ride around the docklands today. They have a new bike track. I'm not sure if you've heard of it. Bike track and West Gate Tunnel Project. The only thing I don't like compared to the Yarra is that there are quite a few traffic lights on the west gate one.

Sounds great! I spent most of the day out with the kids. They were annoying me a lot though, but I had to take advantage of the sunshine.

I haven’t heard of the new bike track.

I've written about 800 words today of my 2000-word essay I've got a total of about 1500 so far.

That’s great @Birdofparadise8 I’m working at the moment but trying to keep working in my assignments too. I’m so close to finishing now and then hopefully can pick up some extra study soon depending on my headspace.

I just read the post about your nan. I'm sorry to hear she is unwell. I hope you will be able to have some special moments with her as is sounds like you have a special bond.

I guess having to complete an essay is a bit of a distraction tonight. I hear it is hard, yet it is something many of us have or will have to work through.
