I help scientists design research projects for developing new treatments or tests, and my bit is to ensure the projects include the real needs and to maximise the benefits to the people once it’s done. To do that, I need to understand the science, but the researchers have sometimes decades in their fields and I have sometimes a couple of weeks - a month to get a solid foundational understanding of what they do and what the research involves. Sometimes I have to read it twice 😉🌺
ah, have you heard of the term less is more, when people talk about minimisation of something being most effective? Well, I tend to think with anatomy, the more detail you get, the more effective it is..hence, more is more 🌺🙂
