Re: Not Coping

Hey there @Birdofparadise8  🙂

Thats awesome your psych is very professional - he sounds like a good person for the job 🙂

Hehe! I like that method of topic selection 😉

Hope your day is going well so far... I am just now back at my laptop, going through the other messages... xx

Re: Not Coping

Yes, he is. He left the door unlocked last week for me, but said he won't this week, and if it's locked, it's locked. Others can open it, and so should I. It's so embarrassing I can't open the lock.

He wears a kinda suit thing like a shirt and the relaxed suit jacket and maybe chinos.

He does have a silver circle hearing in his left ear. I find it so odd, lol. @Former-Member

Do you have a bit to catch up on?

I've just been working on my lab report. It's driving me insane.

I have a call tonight with KHL. I'm not even sure what to talk about.

Yes, I've done it before, but he will mostly ask me what I think is most important, and he never picks. I like to get everything out in the open as quickly as possible so I don't forget things, and then we can see what is the highest priority.

He records the session as well, which I don't mind. I'm used to it from other provisional psychs doing it for their training. It's good, so he can go back and look over things.

He does his session like this: Wed 8, 9, 10, 11, 12:45, 13:45. Thursday 8, 9, 10, 11, 12:45, 13:45 and Friday  8, 9, 10:15, 11:15, 13:00 and 15:30. The sessions go for an hour, and I don't know how he does it. I would like to have Wednesday at 13:45 so we can go over it if needed. I do that on popes. he says I booked so far ahead because I'm anxious it's just I can only do that session because I have uni on a Friday and Thursday I will be working soon once I get a job.

Imagine not going to the bathroom for four hours.

Re: Not Coping

Not too bad at all, thanks @Birdofparadise8  🙂

Hope your day went ok?

I was thinking you may have gone for that swim today... 🙂

Re: Not Coping

No, it's been raining, and it's an outdoor pool. Or well that's my excuse for not going.

I'm trying to get this assignment done. I've done a bit today. @Former-Member

Re: Not Coping

It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, however the driver decided to redirect to the post office - which is what he does often the day before a public holiday - so he doesn't have to come past my place which is out of his way... So, instead, because my place is at the end of his run, he drops it at the post office (which is on the way to his place) instead of coming to my place... so I have gone an extra long weekend without oxygen supplementation... each day really counts, but I cant really complain. The guy has priorities of getting back to a beer and a snag at home hehe...

@Birdofparadise8

Being a bit cheeky here, just to illustrate how most people are totally unaware of us living with disability and mobility restriction and how our lives are directly impacted by their actions when they make assumptions 😉

Sorry - a gentle side rant haha 😊

How are you doing today?

Re: Not Coping

Hey there @Snowie 😊

I hope you had a nice stay away 🙂

Sorry to hear you got back to rain!

I had a quiet break here at home, just pottering around and not really getting much done... the best laid plans, and all that! haha 🙂

Re: Not Coping

Wow, that's not very good @Former-Member

I'm sorry he did that. He should deliver whether he likes it or not.

I'm alright. Did you see my post about my psych to you a little while ago?
