Honestly sitting in a room or Telehealth with an old person while I tell them what bothers me no thanks especially not trauma no thanks. I’m not doing that.

Okay. I like my current psych. I've seen him for about six months now. It's good, I guess. It's nice just to talk about all the shitty things in my life. 

I can't believe I even cried on the phone to my mum about the job. The last time I did that was when I told them about my attempt. @ArraDreaming 

My psych will be shocked lol.
