Re: Not Coping

@Birdofparadise8, self reflection is good, it allows you to see why you may feel annoyed in a situation.

@Melbcoffeesnob, I’ve had a long day with uni, I’m going to sleep in tom as I have the day off 🙂. How has your day been?

Re: Not Coping

Ah okay @creative_writer

Did you see my post about my parents?

Re: Not Coping

Hi there @creative_writer

I'm good, I started off my day by going to my favorite cafe for a coffee and then going to my favorite small veg fruit grocer (a lil mum and pop type of shop nearby) and brought a plethora of healthy scrumptious fruits. (blueberries, apples, bananas, mangos) 🤤

Then I spent the day at the beach with my dog. The weather was beautiful in Melbourne, it was far too good to be stuck in-doors.

Sleeping in because you don’t have uni tomorrow, ah don’t you just love the little things in life 🤗

What are you studying?

Re: Not Coping

Maybe it's just funnier for me because I know what my parents are like @creative_writer

Is something wrong?

Re: Not Coping

Is that your dog, the photo on your profile @Melbcoffeesnob

Re: Not Coping

@Melbcoffeesnob, I’m in Melbourne too. I actually found it too hot for my liking, but I’m sensitive to the heat.

Fruit shopping sounds nice, I love berries-strawberries and blueberries. What’s your fav fruit?

Beach sounds lovely, I can’t say I’ve been to the beach in Melbourne despite living here for so long.

I’m studying social work 🙂

Re: Not Coping

@Birdofparadise8, sorry I didn’t mean to sound rude. I’m just frustrated about something that I feel I shouldn’t be frustrated about

Re: Not Coping

Oh okay. What's happening? You can talk to me if you would like @creative_writer

Re: Not Coping

@Birdofparadise8, I’m not sure if you have ever experienced this, I’ve been in the mental health sector as a volunteer, it sort of breaks your heart knowing there is so much you can do for a person, yet, at the end of the day, they take matters in their own hand and make their own decisions. Like I’ll never know what happened to the people I spoke to when volunteering with Lifeline
