Not Coping

Re: Tw Not Coping

Fair enough @Jynx

There is a show called Utopia. I think it's on free to air and it is so funny. There is an episode from five-ish years ago and they talk about building a stadium in Hobart like they are wanting to now.

Re: Tw Not Coping

Ooo thank you for the recommendation @Birdofparadise8 I will check it out! I've also been rewatching Parks and Rec, you ever seen that one?

Re: Tw Not Coping

No I haven't. What's it about @Jynx

Re: Tw Not Coping

@Birdofparadise8 it's a mockumentary (sorta like the Office, where the characters speak to the audience) about working in local government, and it's very funny 😁

Re: Tw Not Coping

Ah okay @Jynx

What are you doing tomorrow?

Re: Tw Not Coping

Not much really @Birdofparadise8  - might do some laundry, some writing, just potter about. What about you?

Re: Tw Not Coping

Yeah not sure now I thought I needed to cook, but I might have enough now from dinner tonight.

I will probably try my best to not spiral I guess @Jynx

Re: Tw Not Coping

Sometimes worrying about spiralling can itself begin a spiral @Birdofparadise8. Focusing on the simple stuff might be good - cooking if you have the energy, going for a walk, maybe something artsy.

Re: Tw Not Coping

Yeah, maybe I should rest as well I have a cold @Jynx

Re: Tw Not Coping

Oh rough @Birdofparadise8  - yeah resting is a tippy top idea. And soup! Chocolate! Gotta treat yourself too hehe 💜
