Do you know when one might know they are recovering, or am I just going through the motions and then recovery just starts to happen or something?
I'd take the latter @Birdofparadise8 . It just happens. To be honest, as stressful as uni is, it is sort of good in this process in helping you recover. Sometimes, when people have extra time, our brains are geared to ruminate.
I definitely know this was the case for me. As much as I wanted to 'relax', as soon as I did, the negative thoughts came. Hence, I always found holiday periods so difficult. I spent many holidays in an inpatient unit. The 'relax' time was also a red flag time for me...
Thoughts?

Yeah, I know that's what I'm worried about. Having all that free time scares me, @tyme. I don't want to get worse I'm trying so hard to get better.
