Yes it is hard @Birdofparadise8  - it feels very unnatural. But after a lot of training and practice, it does actually make a difference.

Thank you I have to fast now I’m not sue how I will go not eating lol. I have to stop drinking at 2pm so I’m going to be so dehydrated lol.

The only 2 times I’ve had day surgery it was in the morning @Birdofparadise8. I guess being in the country can come in handy!
