Yes having ECT Mon, Wed and Fri mornings.

It is going ok, hospital is a bit boring but have brought in some things to make the time go a bit quicker.

You've probably had your ECT this morning already, as I think they happen early in the morning? @Snowie I hope it went well.

Yes, I guess hospital would be boring, especially on days when you don't have ECT. Although there are group sessions of things to do, aren't there? I'm not sure. Do you chat much with the other patients?

I'm OK, thanks, I'll be glad when this year's SAD is over at the end of October. It makes everything such as struggle.
