My ED is an absolute monster at the moment. It’s brutal on my body and I’m really struggling. Scary at times. But can’t do anything.

My support worker stopped by, I told her buys about it. She nagged at me to book a gp application, but I can’t. 
and my CM finally called a little while ago and I’ll see her Thursday 😩

Glad your support worker stopped by today. Have you had your night meds?

Yeah had my meds at 4pm as my support worker was leaving @Snowie  she comes around 3:30, we chat and then I take my meds as she leaves. Be good to go to bed super early and just end the day
