Hi @Mellysmellyelly, thats lovely what you shared for Emelia8 It's encouraging to hear positive outcomes.
Don't worry about "findin it a hard to remember what i read and what belongs to who" I've been here 4yrs and still get mixed up. Like real life it takes a while to get to know someone.
I had a breakdown in my 20s too, and hate crying in front of people. Sounds like you still miss your mum 💔 Bad anniversaries suck!

Hello Bow, Thank you for sharing your beach photo. I liked hearing about yr daughter.  My h n I dont have kids but neices n nephews. Being a mother is a great accomplishment and 1 i could never have coped with. I wld have found it difficult to cope with all the crying that young children do a lot of and from observation a lot get over these spells quickly. Think about the happy time you both had at the beach. If an upset has happened since, maybe allow it but try not to let it ruin yr day. I don't even know what it is and you don"t have to say. I hope i don't sound offensive i don't mean to diminish yr experience but think of the good you accomplished today - you went with yr daughter to the beach.😁

Maybe think about gold being refined by fiery trial. Like Job  hang on there smd picture in your mind becoming gold 💕💕
