Hi @Bow it threw me when ACT came in pairs as well even though I work for the Govt and we always do home visits in pairs.

I'm sorry you weren't able to be open with your case manager and hope you are tell someone as it sounds like you're not in a good way.

Yeah I should of know too @Eve7  whenever community mh have visited in the past it’s always been in pairs- but they have always been randoms, whoever is on shift. But thought it would of been different with my case manager. Obviously not. 

My psychologist is back next week. She will know by then.

The universe just loves to kick you and kick you when you are down. I’m the worst mum now. Lovely  hand written note saying she doesn’t love me anymore. on the weekend that she has her first sleepover at her fathers. Oh course the sun is already shining out of him. Why even bother anymore. Can’t do anything right by anyone. Just a monumental screw up and they’ll all be better off with me gone.

Reading that note must have been so awful, @Bow . I can hear how much you love your daughter and it's understandable how much pain and distress that has caused. I'm here with you, and I want to acknowledge your courage for sharing.
