Yeah…. She is very passionate about her job @Jynx  and she does it so well. so yes it’s good new for her. And the organization needs a lot of help and she said she is gonna fight for change. So again good news. 

but… it’s shitty. It sucks. And it’s been done terribly. 

D…. It hurts big time. Heart breaking to read too. If only she knew. I try my best.

@Bow she will see it one day. And please also don't feel like you're alone in this experience!! You should hear some of the horrible things my nephew has said to my sister. Kids don't yet understand that other humans have feelings too. Their whole purpose at that age is survival - and it is a very selfish kind of thought process that takes no prisoners. One day she'll understand, and it'll probably be a thing you work out together and both end up better for it!

hey @Bow i hear you, i know that today's been rough for you. we're here for you. 
i know what D's said must've been so painful to read, please know that it's not a true reflection of how she feels. when i was angry, i used to say those things to people i loved the most and i didn't realise how much it hurt my family until i was 18. hopefully D figures it out a lot earlier than i did.
