Something’s not right

My Mosaic

Re: My Mosaic

You’ve done really well today @Bow accomplishing so much while battling those thoughts.

I hope your appointment goes well tomorrow hon. I have mine on Thursday and it will be the last for two months as she’s going overseas.

Re: My Mosaic

My sister has done most of the work @rav3n but we are joint executors so I have to do my share of the red tape.

I bought a new car last year, actually 2nd hand but only 40 thousand kms on it so a good buy. I just love it. What are you hoping to buy?

Re: My Mosaic

@Bow sounds like a productive morning! and i'm really glad you were able to share with your dietician, i know that verbalising that hard stuff is not at all easy. really proud of you for opening up with her.

the shelves are looking good, and it's much bigger than i expected as well - can definitely see why its time consuming!

i can hear how exhausting its been, and i'm proud of you for trying to keep yourself busy. i imagine the poor sleep hasn't been helping with getting a good rest. do you find naps helpful or do they tend to mess up your sleep more? is your SW coming with you for tomorrows appointment? you got through the last one, you can get through tomorrow's as well - i believe in you. is there anything that would help the anxiousness, maybe like a rough script?

Oh that’s hard @Eve7 - your pdoc going away. Always challenging when our supports go on leave.

Re: My Mosaic

So much stuff I still need to do @rav3n  been spending so much time painting that other things have been forgotten. Need to do a bit of a tidy up around the house.

there is 4 shelves too!

I try not to nap during the day, only when it’s really bad. Or I just need to escape. Yeah my SW is coming with me tomorrow thankfully. Maybe even my CM.
I’m suppose to be facilitating arts and craft tomorrow too. I think. No one has called to confirm or anything. I’d really appreciate a phone call. Confirming. Asking what I need. If I need help. You know? Sigh

Re: My Mosaic

ohh i see, at least the weight of work isn't entirely on one person @Eve7 do you know how long this process tends to take?

oo what car model was it? i'm wanting to get a hybrid car, so mainly been looking at toyota corolla. might consider honda too but they're all sooo expensive! probably going to get a used one to save a bit of money.

Re: My Mosaic

@Bow oh woahhh sounds like the cabinet project is definitely going to keep you occupied for a bit!! are making this for yourself to keep or are you eventually going to sell it?

yep that's fair, i try avoid naps as much i can too. oh yay that's good you've got 1-2 people supporting you tomorrow. how many days/hours in advance do they usually let you know about the facilitating? i hear you, it's defs nerve-wrecking when they don't check-in to confirm. how are you feeling about the facilitating, do you have an idea of what you need for tomorrow?

Re: My Mosaic

I’m going to keep this cabinet @rav3n @lotsa things to put in it.

we talked about me doing something last week. That’s the last I’ve heard about it. No one has asked what I’ll need  etc.

I don’t need too much stuff. But I’d really like someone there to help facilitate it with me. I’m not doing it on my own. I want someone there to engage with other clients.

Re: My Mosaic

@Bow do you have their number/email - would it be possible to shoot them a text letting them know you're not able to facilitate on your own? they definitely should've communicated this better with you, and it doesn't seem fair for them to not even ask what you need for tomorrow's class.

i'm so sorry you feel this way. do you reckon it time to get comfy in bed? today definitely sounded tiring, you deserve a nice rest. sitting with you.
