My pdoc appointment was a bit of a disaster this morning when I sat down and burst into tears then couldn't stop. I just felt stupid and couldn't talk because I thought there were plants climbing up the window. I didn't tell her that because I know what would have happened. Managed to get through the session and now I won't see her for 2 weeks which is probably a good thing as I can work on some strategies to stay present in the here and now if that makes sense.

I had to drop a form in at Centrelink and I don't think I'll qualify for the pension just yet so need to spend some money...no problem doing that as I'm getting the bathroom redone ready for my old age lol.

I think I'll go to bed soon as I've taken my meds early.

@Eve7 you certainly are not stupid hon. We all have those appointments where our emotions take over. There is nothing wrong with that. Sometimes we just need that release.

I went to Sydney to visit my mother for the weekend and have only just returned home. Trying to piece together some things that happened but all in all I enjoyed being away.
