Thank you so much for saying this to me @WIP . I know you and pdoc are right and I know I am fortunate to have a job that is challenging and fulfilling. 

I’ll be doing recruitment and staff training which is different to what I was doing when I used to have to attend meetings with clients and write their plans for funding. That was how I met my pdoc as I saw how supportive he was with our clients and I used to think “note to self...if I need a pdoc”.

I’ll definitely be thinking of you on Monday and your encouraging words.

I just listen especially if I have a genuine care for someone but yes poas a good idea hun X

I keep painting mine with clear to stop me from chewing them. They're dreadful and I'm very self conscious of them.

I’m just having a pedi for that reason although left fingers are ok after being in a cast for 6 weeks @Anastasia . I’m going from pedi to hairdressers...feeling like a spoilt tennis player today.
