Re: Morning has broken

Yum! @Eve7

How are you today, my dear Eve7?

Re: Morning has broken

Not too bad @tyme but sh still happening. I wish some people would keep their cruel comments to themselves.

Re: Morning has broken

I do not condone SH'ing @Eve7 .

TW: Self-harm

Content/trigger warning
At the same time, I've been in that place. I used it to cope. It was something I was in control of when all else was out of control.

When I SH'd, the focus was on that as opposed to the excruciating emotional pain I was experiencing.

Out of all in my treating team, ONE professional said, "I'm not telling you to stop. I'm telling you that if you have to do it, do it safely"

He understood.

And I repeat, I do not condone SH, but I know why people so it.

Hugs.

Re: Morning has broken

Thanks @tyme very much appreciated 💔

Re: Morning has broken

That looks yummy @Eve7

Well done on giving yourself some self love.

Had curried sausages and mashed potato.

Just got into bed.

People's words can be harsh and cruel.

Hi @tyme I hope your days gone well

Re: Morning has broken

Yes, my day's been pretty good. Nothing special happening, but it was pleasant, I guess. @Snowie .

And yourself?

Re: Morning has broken

Good to hear @tyme

Day was hard. Bed and meds now.

Re: Morning has broken

I'm so sorry today was hard @Snowie

I hope it gets easier for you.
