That's less than ideal, I'm sorry. Do you have anything planned for this evening that might help to take your mind off it a little, or at the very least something from the good ol' self care basket?

I find that when things are distressing me, be it worries or relationship troubles etc, I have a few games I enjoy playing that can take me away from the immediate distressing feelings and immerse myself in a different world, so to speak. Not sure if you're a gamer, but wondering if you have anything similar that might provide a bit of relief while you walk though this.
