Hi @Emelia8 @Clawde @Meowmy @greenpea @Smc and everyone else,
I think this is a great list 🙂
For me I feel like the most important thing is reflection and this may be in the way of mindfulness and gratitude practices - but my favourite way is through journalling as I feel like writing is a great way to ground your thoughts and desires or goals and give you a strong sense of motivation as well. I think journalling as a reflective practice - so what goes on in your day, what you felt, what you thought, can help you recognise your strengths and also your weaknesses things that you can improve on in your life.
From this list, what do you find is/are the key/s to achieving more happiness in your life?

Hi @pinklollipop15 @Anastasia @Meowmy @greenpea @Emelia8 and anyone else following along in my case eating a favorite food, saying and writing in my Jounal Gratitudes each day, when I don't I go back and do a catch up like all of us time can race by by people that need us, or we need them time is a challenge in its self sometimes in my case it comes straight down to my attitude on how I look at things and try very hard not to judge my self, and make huge allowances for being human and not born with that perfect Jean and understand not all of us either
unfortunately......... it would be great 👍 but life if life.
at @pinklollipop15 you are doing the best you can and striving forward good on you, you are a great person proud to know Thankyou from your @Clawde
