Is there a counselling there you can ask to speak with @The-red-centaur ..... you need to let them know how you are feeling so they can give you more support.  It’s a scary thing to have been told, and then just left alone ....

@Faith-and-Hope I'm on the wait list for crisis team, but apparently when they told me that a few hours ago they had 8 people to see in front of me.
