Today's been bad, my thoughts are scaring me.
-Saw my counsellor today. Really triggered me. Why did I have to have my stupid family.
-flashbacks.
-drank lots of caffeine because there was no other beverages at games shop (caffeine really affects my mood and psychosis, so tonight is even worse) (though I won tonight tournament)
-no helplines seem to want to talk to me
-i feel so fucked up.

I am really sorry. All I am able to say is, I have been through that same
problem at least a thousand times. I also realise that what I am telling
you is not a help. But I am unable to bull shit about PTSD. It along with
my "so called" friends has totally ruined my existence. Also I had my heart
give up 2017. HANG IN THERE, you may get the help you need from someone one
day. I got fed up with those SPECIALISTS who filled me with medication and
no life skill help. I will get back to you in a couple of hours. At least
attempt to get some sleep.
