As hard as it is @The-red-centaur you need to be patient and keep trying to talk to the nurse. If half the ward is 'going off' then the staff will have their hands full - tell the voices that you aren't listening to them and wait until the nurse has time to talk to you. This is super hard for you but you are where you cn get the best help - you can do this buddy - minute by minute if need be and I am sitting with you.

I'm hopefully starting new meds soon. My out patient psychiatrist came and talked to me and going to talk pDr here. I'm hoping it works
