I can't cope anymore - the physical pain, the loneliness, the uncontrollable crying everyday and the challenges of complex major depressive disorder - treatment resistant.  If my prognosis is I can be treated, what's the point? I'm struggling today to find a reason

It's been a few very tough days and I'm feeling defeated.

Plus, I don't want to see my pdoc on Wednesday before DBT class, as I know he'll upset me as he usually does. Turning up to class is a struggle as it is - some of the content can be very triggering. I don't think I'll cope with the added stress.
Im thinking of cancelling and just emailing his consulting rooms when I'm ready to be admitted in hopefully a fortnight's time. My GP has said she'll help out with scripts if needed.

ive been in tears since I woke this morning - this is an awful way to live.

Hi @Anastasia I to a having a day of it, just reaching out, nice and sunny here just wish you my best glad so glad all of you guys are in my head space today.

Clawde is great full for our Forum Thankyou, on a day off today I hate my job most days but am thankful It keeps my mind off my dramas that Meds  have not any answer or probably even been thought of yet, 

just tagging my beautiful freinds that saved me hugely last week 

not struggling just grinding @Former-Member @TAB @Appleblossom @Snowie @Emelia8 @Adge 

will update later, had a text from the another sister, I supposed it's called a sibling all about ........ love from Clawde but my health is well my Dogs and Cats and Birds are Fed and appear happy it's just my F### head space but will keep trying Thankyou again everyone you guys where there when I needed you most love from Clawde
