I am thinking that all the worry and stress is making you feel this way, it's really important you look after yourself and do things to give your mind a break and get back into your body, sometimes stress and worry can make you tense in certain parts of your body as well as upset your belly

I just came on-line and read your thread here
No - you are not going out of your mind - you are suffering from a lot of stress - this is really easy to understand from here - and I have no idea who you are in the ordinary world and I know you are stressed out
Get back to your GP about those stabbling pains in your right side - there is a simple condition that can get to anyone at any stage in life and I have had it. It's called appendicits - and causes all sorts of things - esp pain in the right groin - and fever and nausea
So insist on having this checked out - that nurse was off-hand - really not professional at all
You are trying really hard to get your life on track and you have been working physically hard all this time to overcome all you have in front of you

@outlander I don't think it is all in your head. As the others have said, you're under enormous pressure and stress all the time. Perhaps ask for a second opinion? You are entitled to one.
