Good question @Alittleorange , as  I am a community guide where I am  involved as a volunteer, have been involved here for 9 years now with ongoing training over the years and I have no limits of time spent on the forum

Hi @Oaktree  just got my laptop back from badly needed cleanup of gunk from keyboard and cooling fans, so its a bit easier for me to answer than has been on my phone.

Getting a bit late 'over east' for old sticks in the mud like me lol

Still muddling along here.

Got DES appt tomorrow morning. I dont feel like going, have turned up the last god knows how many times anyway, maybe time to blow them off.

Course I started in February is nearly finished, got next week and the one more time after that. Been trying to fix up resume to look for work more to do with Training re course. Been 5 days since my last drink and it's not happening tonight. Have drunk 3 x since October 1st ok that means did not drink 33 days. Usually it's a lot closer to other way around.

Snap!  Baked beans on toast here tonight as well.  Although I noticed you said 'with' toast.  Does that mean the beans aren't on the toast?
