@eth(whenever you get back), Okonomiyaki is basically a pancake batter made with stock instead of milk and totally loaded with finely sliced veggies. Often but not always cabbage. Mine has assorted non-cabbage garden greens, plus some lightly cooked soba noodles. Traditionally it's topped off with mayonnaise and a dark sauce made from Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and honey. We use sweet soy sauce and maybe a bit of sweet chilli sauce instead. 🙂
