Have just finished cooking a risotto. We're going to be away for a few days, so dinners tonight and tomorrow need to be either "no leftovers" or freezable. Tonight's qualifies as freezable, tomorrow we'll probably do no-leftovers fishfingers. 🙂

@Adge, I did "bomb out" in Y.12 for similar reasons, after spending all my school life being the nerdy "smart kid'. I repeated the year, got into uni, and only then realised that I didn't want a desk job. Sometimes life comes out with real curve balls.

I don't feel young at 50 @Bunniekins Yes hopefully there will be plenty of time.

All of my male relatives died in their early 60's (well nearly all of them).

Only my female relatives (the women) lived into their 90's.

Curve balls is exactly right @Smc I could swear at those curve balls (use some profanities)....

I only just (barely) passed Year 12.

I had already been made to repeat 1st class (primary school) - so I was always 1 year older than everyone else (in my class) in high school.

@Bunniekins  there are different layouts you can do and different ways of reading too.  It's fascinating to get into.  With reversed cards with my deck it means something yet to unfold, not so much the opposite of what it means when upright.  

I love that you gave them to yourself.  I eventually did that too.   I wanted them for years but someone said you had to be given them so I kept hoping!

Sometimes answers about love can also be about self-love in mine.

@Meowmy  Your cards were great 🙂  You had the sun card for self. It was in reverse. Upright it means vitality and enlightment. So in reverse it is encouraging you to go out and enjoy life with all your vitality that you can muster.  Spend more time outside over the weekend and soak up the sun's rays :).
