Just not coping well energy-wise @Bunniekins

Work shifts take far more out of me than I have to give (nothing spare).

I'm just totally wiped-out by Friday afternoon - worse than I used to be.

As you know I have severe daily fatigue issues (from Sleep Apnea) - only mildly improved by stimulant medication (from Sleep Dr Specialist).

My body has seemingly not recovered from my last surgery, even though that was months ago.

No volcano eruptions, earthquakes, or disasters of that sort...
