@Shaz51 As in the lemongrass you cook with? Mine pretty much look after themselves at the moment. I go out and crush some grasshoppers occassionally, they love my spinach more than I do. I have a Jade plant that was a gift and is pretty hardy. Ive recently bought a beautiful small flowering shrub, cant think of the name but it has a tiny leaf, variegated green colour and dainty little white flowers. Weve recently had a lot of rain so everything is pretty lush right now.

Hey @lala2
I had a lemongrass that took over @Shaz51 in the end I had a lot of tea and took it out as I only have a small space and it got very messy. That was yonks ago. Recently I was given thai basil and put it in a pot to limit it, but that died while I was away. There's more if I "need" it. lol Most of my vegies survived my trip and my red cabbage is starting to head. Yay!
I am making activity plans which is good, not outsourcing it to "education", but figuring what can suit and be wholesome for me, as I am. Facing my limits. My lower back is a extra problem these days and I cannot sit on my bum long. The trip was a mixed bag as it covers an anniversary date, and try as I might, the early attachment traumas interfere as I felt hopeful about a friendship and overwhelmed and caught in a triangulation and rejected by third element if you understand that without me going into all the ins and outs.
One good 'social' thing was the comparison of group living from the orphanages and the reflection that I was staying in an elite boarding school. Similarities/Differences.
Music is a strength but requires sensitivity so it is usually bittersweet. However that keeps things real. I have new musical things to distract me and music is my "drug of choice". I do not want more meds than absolutely necessary.

I think you have a lot to unload from your trip and the current states of things in your life, @Appleblossom. It seems that it is something of a mixed bag, but overall good. I'm happy for you.
As for me, it seems that yesterday was a brief flash back to happier times. As I feared, it didn't last, but I'm glad to have had a short burst of happiness. I won't unload on you. I'm just pleased to see that good things are happening for you. Cheers @Appleblossom.

Glad for your good moment too, even tho it was fleeting. @Historylover It can help to build on it. Its hard to even imagine feeling half good without moments. Getting some balance between lighter and heavier stuff aint easy.
Cheers

Hello @Appleblossom
Im interested, how did you make the lemongrass tree, did you just steep it in hot water?
🙂

@Appleblossom lemongrass probably has a fresher taste but i love the thought of Rosemary tea, I think Rosemary is my favourite herb. I will definitely be trying different herbal teas now. Ive had Lamon Myrtle tea from the bush, that was quite nice.
