I’m ok @Meowmy . But got a bad headache took extra painkillers. Had cleaner here but has gone now. Will put cream on my back and neck since that is what’s causing the headache. Have taken extra pain killers today. Slept ok until woke up to go to loo. Had to get up due to the headache. Need a new pillow. But a proper one is quite expensive. Going to acupuncture tomorrow hope it works. Hope your afternoon and evening are good.

Oh @TAB that’s a lot on your plate. I’m ok apart from a bad headache. Slept 6 hours last night so better than recently. Had a cleaner in today. Now they’ve gone will put cream on back and neck which should ease headache, I hope. I’ve got high blood pressure, lowvsalt lecels and my bipolar. Take a bunch of supplements. Take those in the morning. Take some other tablets in the evening. Had too many pain killers today naughty Gezza. Puss has settled on my lap now. Toasty warm. Acupuncture tomorrow. Hope that improves my back and neck.

Yes still making banging noises. I gave the solar company another chance to come out to fix it prior to contacting Consumer Affairs @StuF Its in the lap of the Gods now

Not many people have heard of Doris Duke she was around during the Rolling Stones era, she should have been more successful but she ended up fading into oblivion. Her album if you can get it is a true masterpiece. A great singer and good music
