I miss actual video stores too. @Former-Member Ours was the perfect 5 minute walk and was the only thing that got my son out of the house during his puberty.
My journalling and diaries havent been totally methodical. I kept track of things when I had spare time.
@Former-Member Sorry things are tough for you. Do you still have another week with kiddliwinks at home?

Awww, that is so sweet @Polly48, i don't know what i did, but anything that helps others is fine by me 🙂 yes, i get annoyed at auto-type too, i don't think their is much you can do, i have tried mytself but it seems to turn it's self back on 😞
I am glad you like the music, i did not think others would like it, i have had a lot of negative feedback, but it is the only music that helps me calm down, if it helps you that makes me happy.
Yes, i have major trouble with mood swings, they seem to be getting worse lately, probably because i am under so much stress. maybe when you find you have down turns you could spend some time doing something, like a hobby? somehting to keep you occupied until it passes, that way you are not taking it out on hubby?
He sounds like a wonderful man, you are lucky to have him, he sounds like he loves you very much 🙂
I hope you managed some sleep, i was up till two, having panic attacks 😞
Take care
Jacques

Wow! I remember when this thread started and I just wandered back in to see how everyone is and discovered 231 pages of chat! That's a lot of people missing their zzzzzzzzzzzzs! But I can see that you've taken lots of lovely detours around this subject and many others. It's great reading.
I do feel like a bit of fraud being in this thread I'm doing pretty well these days after years of problematic sleep. But it's one of those things that needs maintenance: a nightly routine, a sound machine and my own doona so I'm not playing tug of war with my infuriatingly soundly-asleep partner. I'm not 100% there but it's better.
Despite not being sleep deprived at present, it's good to catch up with the night shift crew
