My son was sectioned yesterday. He's not speaking to family and carers. Pretty devastating experience and unfortunately I suspect he will be in there for a very long time this admission. Hope you and your family are doing well and enjoy your Sunday

Oh my gosh @Bunniekins thank you! I put washing on earlier and it’s still in the machine! So forgetful.

i went for a walk earlier too, I managed an extra lap around the duck pond today.

and have just finished cooking pancakes for my daughter for lunch. Usually do them for breakfast Sunday but I just don’t have an appetite at the moment.

@Bow  I remember making pancakes for my children when they young waiting for the bubbles to form then flipping them over :D. I wish I didnt have an appetite :). Stupid meds make me hungry.
