Sorry to hear that @TAB , I know how frustrating it is (I applied for the DSP for mental health in paper form and got rejected), waiting for the health care card in the mail though although I'd rather some money, sigh.

yeah this is something recurring and pretty sure i uploaded docs last week yet no  trace of them now, and its a public holiday here haha @Former-Member  thanks

Yeah I sent mine on December 23rd, only heard back last month sometime, via a letter. I did the health care card online though.

My parents said I should reapply and get my Psychiatrist to write stuff (perhaps lie a little since people do haha) but I don't want to get in trouble, he's happy to do it though. But it's so frustrating.

Maybe doing it online would help so you can track it? You just need your customer reference number to check I think? I'm not too sure, either way good luck @TAB
