Sorry to hear you're having difficulty with the photo @BlueBay Thanks for giving us a heads up. Here are some things to try:

- Refresh the page

- Switch to a different browser

- If you're on a mobile, try to log in from a desktop

- Check your internet speed or receptio (if on a mobile) - sometimes in places of low reception or slow connection, photo's don't load properly
