Hey @MDT I get things I need used from places like facebook marketplace.  Works out so much cheaper. All my furniture is old doesn't off-gas like new furniture and can last forever unlike new stuff.

If you are insulant resistant on these meds its near to impossible to get rid of fat and increase muscle mass.  I used to work out a lot when I was younger but the psychiatric meds make it hard @Former-Member
