As for me, I’ve been up early trying to work through some problems by cross stitching them out. I’m of the belief that at least if I can stitch doing little x’s, then hopefully I’ll be able to work through them. At least it’s doing something productive and I’m being creative. I’m going to my new house today to drop some things off and then maybe going out for a drive near the beach. I’m not too sure yet.

I slept like 2hrs last night....I'm so happy about that. I did not think that happening but it did. Yay....
Me still really manic. I hope I see psych team today. I wrote a lot of persona emails to my counselor about stuff I've never told anyone before. Me regret this shit. Oh well. She's coming to see me today.
