Just a quick catch up before I start dinner. I ope today has been ok for you and you were able to catch up on some sleep.

It's really hot here today and I've been to the movies to see Penguin Bloom which needed lots of tissues but a great family story.

Were you able to get some preparation done for the week ahead? Please don't stress too much yet and it's a good idea to compartmentalise it all.

Caught up on a little sleep this morning @Eve7 and plenty of rest in between doing things this afternoon. Still have not accomplished much and definitely no work yet but I am so tired. I was going to get started tonight but think I will try to have an early night instead. Have developed a headache this afternoon and have had stomach pain on and off all day so am going to have my extra meds I can have tonight early and hope for a better night.

That is one movie I would like to see too - have heard some really good things about it and you are not the first to mention the tissues are needed. Don't think I could deal with that at the moment so might be a while before I see it.

Thank you Hon for the loving hugs - very much needed today ...still feeling very overwhelmed with everything - that is most likely contributing to my physical health too. Grateful though tomorrow is a public holiday here because I really need that extra day to hopefully feel better and get some things done.

Nelly training is going nowhere @Zoe7 ..... immovable at the moment, but I bought some more of the only cat treats she will eat today, and will work on getting her into her travel crate (which she has never actually been in) and outside like that for the first time, so she can se how we get to outside, and can witness being outside, before I try any further with. collar, lead and backpack.  I think I have to engage her interest in wanting to go first, and then negotiate some rules ...... like having a bl%dy teen again !!  LOL
