@Shaz51 I did talk to my dr and I'm continuing a slow taper off my medication. It may take a few months yet. Thanks for asking. Hope you enjoy your cuppa

Hi @Shaz51 @Snowie @Former-Member @Anastasia @Appleblossom @Faith-and Hope and everyone here. Just popping in to see how everyone is going. I've had quite a productive afternoon going through some bags and boxes of things since I moved into a new rental house a few weeks ago. Now, with the short break, I'm finally going and exploring boxes and bags and seeing things that I've packed and having a general clear out. It's actually enjoyable believe it or not as some of things I'm finding I haven't seen in ages!
