@soul That sounds nice. I cant take my dogs for a walk at the moment an one of them has a injury so they cant go till it heals

That's no good @Former-Member. Hope you feel better soon. I have a Cavoodle - poodle cavalier cross. She went upstairs and I thought she'd gone to have a nap but now she's outside sitting on the grass catching some rays.
I will be back at yoga this afternoon.

@Former-Member Some times it is good to just slow down. Work is ok back tomorow but I have been off for a week so it will be good to go back but it is the bad run 3 night shifts over the weekend
