Hi @Bimby2, @TAB, @PeppiPatty, @Former-Member, and all 👋
@TAB sorry to read Centrelink was not forthcoming and a hassle. 😬
@Appleblossom hoping to catch you in real time. How are you going?

I am alright, but came through an overcommitment period, where my neck went, and I cancelled 4 things including choir tonight. Had an unecessary panic last night re son and have a bit of a cold.
Made a nice dinner and cat is curled up with me now.
Should take my own Gently Bently advice .. lol
Heard your lot have exams @Teej... how are you?

Oh dear and yes gently Bentley sounds about right @Appleblossom. The nice dinner with cat curled up sounds like a start.
Last week of uni and usual last min run of assignments. Swat vac next week then exams. Son doing PhD will be busy marking no doubt as he tutors at the uni too. He said he was also coming through a heavy work period.
I’m ok today mostly for a change. I have a lot of uncertainties happening at the moment and a lot of insecurities. I think I have to find a house mate sometime early next year which was sooner than I was hoping if I want any chance of staying here. I thought I had the perfect person lined up (in my head) but after a conversation today realised that’s not going to happen. Guess I’ll have to have a rethink of it all.
Not much else happening here for now. 💜🤗

Thanks @Former-Member
@Teej I have never had tertiary study routines as a typical part of household life. Its great your kids have you to back them. Things have always been unique to the individual, not patterned.
House Sharing is easer when we are young. When I left my husband I hoped it might work, but as it was I could managed on my own. My son constructs study plans that are not part of the typical academic year. He also has seen and understands his dad's dislike of the uni professor in the family. I am not sure how much that influenced him. He had his own reasons why he felt bad at school.
